We have recently acquired a marriage license to conduct civil ceremonies here at the The Welsh International Climbing and Activity Centre! We can’t think of a more unique way to join two people together in love and happiness than in our fantastic function rooms and facilities, and the setting of the Taff Bargoed Valley provides an idyllic and beautiful backdrop to the most important day of your life.
Our Brecon Suite is the ideal venue for a wedding, as we can conduct both the ceremony itself in our largest function room, and within 30 minutes we can convert the layout and arrangements of our ‘aisle’ into a wonderfully equipped banquet room, ready for up to 100 guests. There won’t be a dry eye in the house! |  |
 | We’ll custom design your experience to be exactly what you always dreamed of, and we’ll happily consider any specific requests you may have. After all, this is your big day.
As far as dining is concerned, we have a full luxury reception menu that will have everyone’s mouths watering.
We also have the full range of our facilities for you and your guests to use, including our full bar and patio barbeque and picnic area. |
We want to assure you that whether you want a traditional and formal day, or maybe something a little more active, we will honour exactly what you ask for.
In other words, whether you choose to indulge in any of our activities as a unique and memorable part of your celebrations is completely up to you. Just remember though, for a big day with a difference, we are also approved to conduct marriage ceremonies in the climbing wing...white climbing boots are optional!
