Introduction to climbing
A 6 hour course divided into two 3 hour sessions over two weeks. The perfect way to start climbing, as well as the opportunity to learn everything you need to know about this exciting sport. Come and see our spectacular indoor climbing walls, some of the largest in Europe! All equipment and instruction provided. Includes assessment and full membership for one year. Ages 16 and upward.

Introduction to Caving
An exciting and intensive 3 hour introduction to caving in our purpose-built artificial cave system, conveniently located onsite at the centre, and one of the largest in the UK. Our expert instructors will guide you through the many features of the system, including a maze of passages, waterfalls, stalactites, a simulated sump and other tight squeezes! Come and experience the exhilarating thrill of conquering this challenging course. All equipment and instruction provided.

Bouldering Performance Coaching
Only 4 places available each week for those wanting to improve their bouldering technique with our resident expert Alistair Burleigh. This indispensable course covers a range of different bouldering grades and levels, and takes place in our impressive enclosed indoor bouldering room. Ages 16 and upward.
